When a client books an appointment, it automatically appears on the assigned team member's Google Calendar. Conversely, existing personal events on Google Calendar automatically block those time slots from online booking - preventing double-bookings without manual schedule management. Each team member connects their own Google account (personal Gmail or Google Workspace). Yes. Any Google account with Google Calendar works - personal Gmail, Google Workspace, or any other Google account. Each team member connects their own.

What happens if I have a personal event during booking hours?

If there is an event on your Google Calendar during your booking hours, that time slot is automatically blocked. Clients cannot book during that time. This prevents double-bookings without you having to manually update your availability.

Do bookings appear on my Google Calendar?

Yes. When a booking is confirmed, Booklink automatically creates a calendar event with the client name, service, and time. If a booking is cancelled, the calendar event is removed.

Is Google Calendar sync included in the free plan?
